·         A customer database, with thoroughly vetted job seeking customers, who are, in our view, ready for work immediately.

·         We would never knowingly recommend a customer for a position for which they are not entirely suited.

·         To make arrangements so that employers are aware that they can take our customers for a ‘no obligation’ work trial/placement (usually between two days and four weeks) in order to judge their suitability for the position and the company.

·         We are a dynamic company with a forward thinking approach and are always striving to offer an improved and innovative service to the employment sector.

·         We operate to the highest standards and are very focused on employer and customer satisfaction.

·         We will make ourselves available, should there be a need, in order to help resolve any issues that may arise between employer and employee during the work trial/Placement and for up to six months after employment.
